Salary: Circa 20,000 plus benefits

The more administrative, customer service, data entry, Direct Debit or Gift Aid experience you have, the better. But equally, if you’re organised and a confident Microsoft Office user, you’ll get all the training you need to thrive at Macmillan Cancer Support and give the public a smooth, easy-to-use donation process.

This busy, varied role will see you setting up Direct Debits and standing orders, sending out confirmation letters, amending details and answering queries by letter, email and phone. In return, you’ll take great pride in helping to run a committed giving programme that brings in around £12 million a year. 

The money’s hugely important to us. One in three people will get cancer during their lives. We make life easier for them – through support lines, counselling, nursing care, political lobbying and other valuable services. With your help, we’ll be able to do even more for them.
