Salary: Circa 20,000 plus benefits
This is an admin-based role, and some of your time will be spent updating databases, responding to general enquiries and processing donations, but your customer care skills will be vital in responding by letter to the many donations we receive in memory of friends and family members. Your command of English and excellent writing skills will enable you to reply with sensitivity and tact - in a professional but personal manner.
Most of us are affected by cancer at some point during our lifetime, whether directly or indirectly. Here at Macmillan Cancer Support, we want to make life easier for everyone.
